Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chicago Tinley Park

Everything was perfect during my stay as well as my clients stay. I will definitely be booking again for my client’s and myself!

Stayed one night for a concert, conveniently located near the amphitheater, just a short drive. Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean. We did not use the pool or have breakfast but both were available.

Overall clean but pillow case had grunge on it, which makes me wonder how housekeeping missed it. Check the well on the in-room coffee maker before using (scale build-up). Otherwise, overall clean. Could use a little updating. TV's old but functional. Service was friendly and efficient. Walk to a few eateries, including Cracker Barrel.

We visited Chicago this weekend as part of our vacation and this hotel was fantastic. We stayed for 3 nights and the staff were wonderful. Rodney checked us in and was helpful when I had questions about the laundry. Lisa was also very helpful at the front desk during the day time. Rodney and Lisa were both immediately attentive when I walked up to the desk and had bright smiles on their faces. Laura was very helpful with breakfast and making sure I had everything I needed. Great experience. I loved that this hotel has a pool and a guest laundry room.

This hotel was AMAZING! Firstly, they allow 18+ check in, which is rare. Secondly, the room was way larger than I expected. The breakfast was a legit Marriott breakfast, with tons of items. The staff were super friendly, and I felt entirely safe here as a solo female traveler. I would 100% come back.

We spent Friday night (6/13) in room 214. Overall it was as expected. The staff was friendly, but there were a couple issues that needed to be addressed. The fitness room, which is “open” 24 hours had a night lock that shouldn’t be on it, and I was told no one could figure out how to remove. My key card wouldn’t work at 6am. The desk attendant had to let me in. Of course, the only treadmill (which is why I was there) was not working I returned to our room to shower. The bathroom combo light/exhaust fan sounds like a small jet engine when turned on , which was annoying as we like leaving the bathroom light on at night. A positive was the shower water pressure - it’ll peel paint! Unfortunately the drain was slow, and by the time I finished I was standing in ankle-deep soapy water. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were light and fluffy and flattened, requiring multiple to sleep comfortably. The room was clean with no complaints. The morning breakfast was abundant - eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, muffins, fruit & bagels along with coffee & juice. When in the area we will stay again. I did leave a note for housekeeping mentioning the problems.

Excellent service from Rodney and Robert. Robert helped us check in a bit early and when we had an issue with the lights not turning on in our bathroom, Rodney took care of it SO fast and got us into an upgraded room. The rooms themselves are a little older but they're clean and the beds are comfortable. Very good breakfast options and excellent service. Highly recommend if you're needing to stay in the Tinley Park area.

Very nice rooms, especially if you like a really cold room. The breakfast is better than expected. The staff is very nice. It is closest to Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox. Still 20 minutes away. The indoor pool looked great.
